Director of Operations / Registered Dental HygienistLana has been in dentistry since 1994 and has served in her current role since 2010.
She helped build this practice from the ground up alongside Dr. Muecke, and she continues to help guide the office with experience, purpose, and a strong commitment to excellent patient care.
Clinical Care, Leadership, and a Practice Built with Heart
For Lana, dental hygiene has always been about more than clean teeth. She values the relationships built over time, the visible improvements patients can see in their health, and the moments when education helps someone better understand their care.
As Director of Operations, Lana also helps guide the systems, team, culture, and daily rhythm of the practice. She sees clinical excellence and operational excellence as two parts of the same goal: taking great care of people.
With Dr. Muecke now retired, Lana is grateful to see the practice continue in wonderful hands with Dr. Bobb, who brings her own excellence, compassion, and care to the foundation that was built from the beginning.

Outside of work, Lana enjoys staying active, being creative, spending time outdoors, and enjoying life with her family and dogs.

Lana’s children are grown and live in Atlanta and St. Petersburg, giving her great reasons to visit wonderful places.

Lana has a lovable 70-plus pound mix and a mighty 12-pound miniature dachshund who does not know how small she is.
